A native of Chincoteague Island, Virginia, Sierra eventually made her home in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, where she continues to build both her personal and professional roots.
Sierra attended Millersville University, earning her bachelor’s degree in business management in 2013. Shortly after graduation, she began her twelve-year tenure with BNY (formerly BNY Mellon). During her time there, she held roles across shareholder account services, mutual fund trading, and portfolio rebalancing, gaining deep operational expertise and a strong foundation in client-focused financial services.
In March 2026, Sierra joined Market Street as a Client Relationship Manager, where she is committed to ensuring the seamless execution of all tasks related to client account management. Her background in high-volume financial operations and her dedication to service excellence shape the way she supports clients and collaborates with her team.
Beyond her professional work, Sierra is actively involved in her community through nursing home visitation and serving in the children’s ministry at Manoa Community Church.
Her personal interests reflect a love of beauty, creativity, and the outdoors. She enjoys traveling—especially visiting national parks and returning to “the island” whenever she can—along with painting, playing music, singing, and dancing.
