Katie Duffy joined Market Street Wealth Management in August 2014 and has been an integral part of the firm’s daily operations ever since. Starting as the Office Coordinator, she has grown into her current role as Operations Manager, where she oversees client service processes, supports internal communication, and ensures a seamless, high-quality experience for every client.
In addition to managing daily operations, Katie plays a key role in onboarding and training new team members, helping to create consistency and clarity across the firm.
Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Chester University, graduating in 2013. Originally from Altoona, Pennsylvania, she now lives in Phoenixville. Outside the office, Katie enjoys visiting family and friends back home, staying active at the gym, getting lost in a good book, and baking new dessert recipes.
